I appreciated their pricing model, which I didn't get from other removal companies. A shuttle service was actually required for the collection due to the narrow and winding driveway, but as I was able to get everything to the gate myself, I was able to save a couple of thousand Rand that a shuttle service would have cost. The truck had gearbox trouble on the way to Cape Town, resulting in them not being able to deliver on the promised date. These things can happen, but what I appreciated was a direct call from the driver to explain the problem. A new delivery date was agreed to, that fitted into my son's schedule, and they arrived on time as promised. The other great aspect was that Robyn communicated with us throughout the time that the truck was delayed and so, even with the delay, I will still give them a 5 star rating for the whole experience and the service that they offered.
