I found  Johannesburg  Removals, an excellent removal  company,very  professional,  punctual, they  made everything  so easy  for  me, from  the  pickup  of my  goods  from  the storage units  in Johannesburg to the delivery  door of  my  house  in Ballito!! What a delightful experience. The team manoeuvred their large truck through my complex and did not bump a thing. My husband and I were very nervous about moving our furniture from Cape Town back to Pretoria after a terrible experience moving down to Cape Town two years ago. I recently used JHB Removals for my move. Communication was easy and clear from my first website quote request. Arrangements were  made for them to arrive ar 9am, the driver let me know by 7:30 that they will arrive by 8:30. All items was neatly covered and strapped in their blankets ant tape. Within an hour all items were loaded and by 10am everything was safely transported and delivered at the new apartment. Friendly staff, efficient and competent to do what needs to be done. Two days before my scheduled move from Pretoria to Gordons Bay, another removal company callously dropped me, leaving me in a state of panic. He calmly assessed my situation and, against all odds, crafted a seamless plan to get my furniture collected and moved. I am very happy that we chose Jhb Removals for my son's move from Johannesburg to Cape Town. I appreciated their pricing model, which I didn't get from other removal companies. A shuttle service was actually required for the collection due to the narrow and winding driveway, but as I was able to get everything to the gate myself, I was able to save a couple of thousand Rand that a shuttle service would have cost. The truck had gearbox trouble on the way to Cape Town, resulting in them not being able to deliver on the promised date. These things can happen, but what I appreciated was a direct call from the driver to explain the problem. A new delivery date was agreed to, that fitted into my son's schedule, and they arrived on time as promised. The other great aspect was that Robyn communicated with us throughout the time that the truck was delayed and so, even with the delay, I will still give them a 5 star rating for the whole experience and the service that they offered.
